  • Enclose participation letter duly signed by the school principal on school letterhead as per format provided.
  • Provide information as applicable, in the format provided for the categories, in which your school has carried out health activities for the academic year 2016-17.
  • If your school has applied with full details for at least 3 categories, your school will be shortlisted for induction into the Parikrma Address School Health Hall of Fame.
  • The information provided by your school, regarding the health activities will be made public on our website.
  • If your school has implemented any innovation is listed under any category, this is to be listed as a potential best practice and to be sent to the jury who will scrutinize the innovation and award 5-7 schools for innovative best practices which can be replicated by other schools.
